A combination of years of experience from growers in Panama, along with the expertise of a quality roaster in Australia, fashions our unique specialty coffee releasing tasting notes of: Deep caramel with rich cashew, complex winter fruits and good balance.
-Almond, Brown sugar and soft herb aroma, mellow plum-like acidity,
-Full bodied, med sweetness, notes of dark chocolate, marzipan, nut, custard apple, brown sugar with slightly woody finish.
A clean bright finish that lingers past the last mouthful.
